Cocoa butter is very versatile for vegan and raw desserts. Ice cream and chocolate as a base. It is also a natural source of minerals. From the crushed and pressed roasted cocoa beans, on the one hand, the butter (fat) is obtained and, on the other hand, the shells that will be used to make the cocoa powder. But to talk about chocolate, or at least what we see as chocolate, we must necessarily refer to cocoa butter. That is, what chocolate is, what it looks like, its presence, its consistency is due to cocoa butter. Instructions for use: Preparation of pastries, chocolates, smoothies, etc. May contain traces of nuts and sesame. Store in a cool place (below 18ºC), dry, protected from sunlight and isolated from the ground. Consume preferably before the date indicated on the packaging.
