Clove essential oil has a frank and powerful scent. Cloves come from Indonesia, which is still the main producer of cloves, but cloves are mainly used to make kreteks, local cigarettes. The essential oil comes from Madagascar, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Comoros, and Mayotte. The buds are harvested before maturity and dried to form "nails". Directions for use: Take a maximum of 2 drops of clove essential oil 3 times a day in a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure clove essential oil unsupported or mixed with water. For other usage tips, consult your pharmacist.
