Lemon essential oil has a typical fresh and spicy scent. Native to the ancient Middle Ages (between the Tigris River and the Caspian Sea), the lemon tree is cultivated throughout the Mediterranean basin. Directions for use: Take a maximum of 2 drops of lemon essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 teaspoon of sugar). Do not use neat without a carrier or mixed with water. For further advice, consult your pharmacist.
