Thyme is a genus of the Lamiaceae family that has more than 300 species. These are plants rich in essential oils, which grow at ground level, with pale pink or white flowers. Thyme linalool can form homogeneous populations within restricted areas. In any case, the habitat is located at a medium altitude, between 500 and 1000 meters, and is characterized by less intense sunshine, a lower temperature and higher air humidity than the species in flat areas. However, this thyme can grow in very different ecological conditions.

Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support 3 times a day (120mg).

Tips
