Instructions for use:
-Oral use: 1 drop, 1 to 2 times a day. Take diluted in 1 spoonful of honey or in infusion.
-Routine skin: massage: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
-Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
