Nervala 30 capsules is a food supplement made from alpha lipoic acid, hydroxytyrosol, L-carnosine, zinc and is complemented with a vitamin B complex. The niacin, B6, B1, B2 and B12 complex contributes to the normal functioning of the system nervous system and, in association with Vitamin B5, energy metabolism. Vitamin B2, along with zinc, help protect cells from oxidative stress. How to use: The intake of 1 capsule per day is recommended, preferably in the morning in the event of chronic oxidative processes.
