no es agradable el sabor pero si es muy efectivo y fortalece el pelo, uñas y piel , lo recomiendo

Desde hace un año estoy tomando este producto no lo dejaría por nada del mundo ya que mi pelo, uñas y piel se ven el doble de mejor, ya que antes mis uñas se quebraban y mi pelo estaba apagado sin brillo
