Let the dupuy lentils soak for 6 hours or overnight. Put in a pot 1 measure of lentils for 3 of water. Bring the organic legumes to a boil and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add sea salt or shoyu and leave about 15 more minutes on the fire until they are ready. If they are cooked with kombu or wakame seaweed, they soften faster.
