Menstruasan is a food supplement that helps maintain comfort before and during the menstrual cycle due to its content in chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus). The chasteberry belongs to the verbenaceae family, with a trunk divided from the base into numerous ash-grey branches, it can reach up to 6 meters in height; its young, square branches are covered with gray hairs. The leaves are opposite, elongated and pointed, and divided into five to seven segments. The flowers range from bluish-purple to pinkish-red and are grouped in long, loose, straight, apical spikes.
