An oil rich in vitamin E excellent to combat aging. It is a somewhat thick oil with an evocative smell of bread and cereals. It is preserved with difficulty; therefore, it is advisable to consume the product quickly once the container is opened.

Very suitable for dry and mature skin in cosmetic preparations. It is used alone or mixed with another more penetrating oil; for example, from jojoba, hazelnut or black cumin. It is also ideal in small amounts at breakfast, added to yogurt or vitaminized cereals.
