Paraben-free. The oil is primarily composed of essential fatty acids, especially linoleic (35-52%), linolenic (22-40%), oleic (12-18%), palmitic acid (3-8%), stearic acid, and trans-retinoic acid. Due to its high fatty acid content, it confers flexibility to cell membranes and is related to the synthesis of collagen and elastin, providing elasticity and firmness to the skin. Trans-retinoic acid generates important changes in the keratinization process, thereby increasing the speed of epidermal regeneration, which is why it is used for the treatment of aging skin.
