How to use:

Step 1.
Shake well before use.

Step 2.
Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. You need at least one teaspoon per limb, one for the front of the body, one for the back, and one for the head.

Step 3.
Reapply every 2 hours or more often when you are sweating and after swimming, exercising or towel drying. Wear it in conjunction with a hat, protective clothing, and sunglasses.
